Working with Authorised Education Agents

Xpert Solutions works with a network of authorised education agents and recruitment partners in Australia and overseas to provide accurate information about our courses and assist prospective students with the application and enrolment process.

Education agents play an important role in helping students understand available study options and make informed decisions regarding their education and career pathways.

All authorised agents representing Xpert Solutions are required to act ethically, honestly and in the best interests of prospective students.

Student Choice

Students should:

·         Read and understand all documentation before signing.

·         Request clarification if they do not understand any information provided.

·         Retain copies of all documents submitted during the application process.

Responsibilities of Education Agents

Authorised education agents must:

·         Act honestly, ethically and professionally.

·         Provide accurate and current information about Xpert Solutions courses and services.

·         Explain tuition fees and refund conditions accurately.

·         Assist students to complete applications truthfully and accurately.

·         Respect student privacy and confidentiality.

·         Comply with Australian education legislation and ethical recruitment practices.

·         Avoid misleading or deceptive conduct.

·         Act in the best interests of prospective students.

Education agents must not:

·         Guarantee student visa approval.

·         Guarantee migration or permanent residency outcomes.

·         Provide false or misleading information.

·         Submit fraudulent documents.

·         Make promises regarding employment outcomes.

·         Charge undisclosed fees.

·         Engage in unethical recruitment practices.

 

Xpert Solutions actively monitors the performance and conduct of its education agents and may terminate agreements with agents who fail to meet our standards.

Complaints About Education Agents

If a student believes an education agent has acted improperly, provided misleading information or engaged in unethical conduct, they should contact Xpert Solutions immediately.

Complaints regarding education agents will be investigated in accordance with Xpert Solutions Complaints and Appeals Policy and Procedure.
